Why have a scheduling department when you have no appointment availability???
My PCP of the month misgendered me, multiple times, in his report; where he failed to mention he spent spent 15min of a visit, playing substance abuse counselor. His notes say he spent considerable time reading my records, but he knew nothing about me, pulled a misdiagnosis out of the archives, was annoyed that I was depressed over having the few medications I take, to function.
