Staff is extremely rude in the infusion center. Especially when they are walking in the door making snide comments about the amount of patients waiting in the lobby. It’s not our fault you scheduled us all at the same time and you decided to walk in exactly 830.
They are understaffed and did not take good care of my family member. The public restroom had blood on the wall. In general, the hospital needs to hire more people and communicate better with patients and families what is happening and what their options are. Also: do not admit family on the weekend. No procedures are done Friday after 5-monday morning, so your loved one is better off in emergency care during those hours.

Horrible staff interaction with patients. No one comes to so much as check on the patients well-being in the ER. Alarms sound on your vitals monitor and no one comes. Nurses are loud, rude and obnoxious at the desk in the middle of the ER bed area making it impossible to get so much as 30 minutes of rest. The only ones that were even doing their jobs were the janitorial staff, the Resident MD, and phlebotomist.
