This place was disappointing from start to finish. From the front desk staff to the midwife, Kelli, my experience started out okay but quickly went downhill. One of the biggest frustrations was being drug tested at every single appointment. I don't use drugs, so that wasn't an issue, but it turned what should have been a 20-minute visit into an hour-long appointment almost every time.
