Had an appointment two weeks prior, mind me the appointment was rescheduled due to a mistake of and assistant. Images and x rays were taken a month and advance. When I had shown up to the second appointment the Surgeon was very sarcastic and unprofessional. He was not prepared at all, asking questions while making me feel uncomfortable. Worst office experience ever. They made many people wait 3-4 hours past their scheduled appointment time to see the doctor, and then they provided the doctor with the wrong test results, making this meeting, which took up half my workday, absolutely pointless. Furthermore, for some reason, the staff even let in people whose appointments were scheduled after mine. Is there some kind of selective process at play here? If so, what's the basis for it?
