Last week I had another opportunity to use the imaging services of the St. Mary office in Richboro and again they have surpassed my expectations in service, friendliness and experience. From the young woman who checked me in (thank you, Christy!) to my efficient X-ray tech, Teri-lyn, I was treated very professionally, quickly, and was on my way home in less than a half hour. Don't go! Don't Go! Don't go to St. Mary's Hospital in Langhorne, Pa. I took my wife there on 2/26/26 at 12:00 pm for a possible blood clot in her leg per our doctor's recommendation. It wasn't very crowded and we were told it would be 1/1/2 to 2 hours wait. 6 hours later we were told by the staff that they weren't sure when my wife would be seen by a doctor and that it's not uncommon for patients to wait over 10 hours to be admitted. Saw Dr Scott yesterday. I will never go back . Rude and did not allow me to ask questions. And when I did get to ask a question, he said, let me talk. My husband was in the room and Dr Scott ignored him.
Was taken to ER by ambulance due to SEVERE stomach pain. When I arrived I was wheeled out to the waiting room and my things were taken from me and without even asking or telling me they were scanned and put back on the wheelchair. I was wondering WTF is going on here? Then the woman at the admissions desk tells me she didn’t need any of my information bc she got it from EMTS? All they knew was my name and address?
