Muy mal servicio y no profesionales. Ridiculous waste of time
Visite the office yesterday and conveniently checked in on the computer screen. I like the fact you can leave facility and still hold your place and they text you when your turn comes up. Receptionist didn't seem to friendly, but she did say good-bye as I was leaving. Doctor was very nice and prescribed needed medications. My experience at this urgent care was worth the drive from Victorville. Previously, I have not been happy with their urgent care in Victorville.
Not happy with their service and I don’t like the fact that they have a “assistant” that wrongly diagnoses patients. They should have doctors that know what they do.
PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I made an appointment online for my daughter. Showed up 10 minutes early for said appointment only to be informed in a very unprofessional and confusing way that when you make an appointment online, it doesn’t work...? Ok frustrating but let me sign in and hang in the car with my sick kid for an hour checking every once in a while if we’re close.
