My kids always have a great experience, they caught something with my son from the first newborn visit that the hospital said nothing about. The staff is very nice and Dr Tao is amazing and explains everything
I can only say that the only human person is the pediatrician. all the staff is rubbish the secretary is rude and despotic. The two nurses behaved very badly, one of them vaccinated my son and did not care that my son moved, he vaccinated him cruelly and threw away the liquid from the vaccine. Never in my life have I seen a place with such poor service. in all aspects
