After years of having horrible service at every doctors office I’ve been to, I’ve finally found a place where they listen to my concerns and actually give me advice/ the proper labs and imaging that I need. The people at the front desk were helpful and kind. The nurse who took me to my room could see that I was nervous and made me laugh. And the doctor was more than helpful. I am happy to have found my new permanent primary care office.
Worst doctors office worst receptionist worst customer service probably in the high desert, lady's ego was so big she hung up on me and canceled my phone appointment without my consent for lab results I've been waiting for a month , meanwhile my health has declined and obviously Healthcare isn't important to this establishment, I recommend everyone to explore alternative health services because this ain't it.

Since I’ve been coming here, it has gotten very busy. Hard to get an appointment very soon. Care is superb, however, but I miss my Dr. Gutierrez. 😁
