Amy Furlong is phenomenal. The staff is nice, quick turn around on paperwork, easy scheduling, great bedside manner. I needed a lot of labs and paperwork with follow ups that would have taken months to do elsewhere. I had all the paperwork and visits completed in 2 weeks. I can't say enough good things about Mrs.Furlong. she knows her stuff and is great all around!
Office hours posted online start @ 8:30AM. They are not answering the phone @ 8:55AM. Their outgoing voice message says they are open @ 8:00AM. The answering service says they don't start answering the phone until 9:00AM. Don't even want to speak with anyone, just want a prescription renewal called in - what happened to being able to leave a message? Totally dysfunctional.

Saw the nurse practitioner Amy. She's great! Good beside manner. Office staff was helpful and turned around referrals within 48 hours.
Receptionist Staff is terrible since Dr Chicotelli left. ( so did his staff) New staff is not knowledgeable! The Drs there are quick, but ok. The receptionist staff is really just not equipped to be working in a Dr's office!
