First of all the address of this facility is wrong. Second Trinity Health merging with St Marys made the service worst. The doctors are combined for adults and kids. The time for a visit is more than 2 hours now. There is no proper system to take patient in. Was able to see lot of patients complaining about same issue. Patients coming after me were taken ahead of us and no one seemed to be caring about it. I will definitely be moving from this doctors office.
We bring our kids to ER, the Doctor started coughing in front of my Son, not one or two coughing but at least 40-60sec continue. I hope as “Doctor they should be knowledgeable and understand to step out and sensitise hand then touch any kids” very poor services! Definitely management and HR should work better on this area, mainly staff Traning and bed side manners.
I have been trying to contact them for about 3 weeks they haven't answered or call back to me ,, my last appointment I spend 2.30 hr waiting to be attended , when she finally shows to the room , she take about 2 minutes to check my kid , she only check his breath Tha was old ,, when mi boy had a annual fiscal, , by the and they don't even take the time to do they check up they make people waiting to much time for nothing olso front desk they are so rude I being taking my kids there for 13 years , but when they move everythin... read more
HORRIBLE! They don’t answer their phones! They don’t return messages ! You would think they care about children. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILD THERE!!!
