I was required to pay a $200 holding fee along with my application. Ultimately, we did not to sign a lease at this complex. We applied back in May, and it’s now August — yet the holding fee still hasn’t been refunded. The main issue seems to stem from one of the leasing office staff, Bella. Amanda has not worked here for two years & cindy is about to hit one, left i would say in May. Marbella aka Bella, is the assistant manager for zenobia since cindy left (mentioning due to a recent review) Bella is a great assistant, she is always assisting zenobia on how to do her job, teaching her how to do it since I always overhear the manger say, " can you show me again, I dont know how to," "i can't see, can you do it?" Worst place I have every lived at. I would never recommend anyone to rent from here. We were the very first tenants to move in and watch all buildings be finished. Darrell was the very first manager and some how he just vanished couple of weeks after we moved in then we had another manager Xavie who was rude, didnt know how to communicate and talked to people how ever she wanted, with attitude. I am thankful for this place. Bella is such a wonderful down to earth person. Always happy and informative. Maintenance is always very responsive. It was pleasantly surprising how fast they responded to my work orders.
I moved in 3/1/25. I was nervous moving in an appointment complex for the first time. Cindy, The Property Manager, is and was at mh move in so helpful and professional. Jose the Maintenance Supervisor, is so awesome! He is very welcoming and willing at anytime during his work hours to help if needed. He always keeps up with trash dumpsters. Which can be an eye sore , especially on Monday mornings! Jose and Caesar are very personable and respectful workers. It's nice to have the whole team working there.
