I had such a great experience working with Jonathan! He was incredibly helpful, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. He made everything easy to understand and answered all of my questions. I truly appreciate how welcoming and accommodating He was. I would definitely recommend Jonathan to anyone looking for a great apartment leasing experience!

I stopped by last month to drop off time-sensitive housing paperwork for a friend who couldn’t leave his apartment due to illness. I handed the documents to the new manager Chris & explained what they were and when they were due. Unfortunately, she seemed unfamiliar with basic housing procedures which I found rather odd, she sighed heavily, a slight roll of the eyes, and displayed a very dismissive & unprofessional attitude throughout our interaction. It's a decent place to live and I was mostly happy until they stopped the parking enforcement they were doing. The parking has gotten bad again. Sometimes the dumpsters are overfilled too, but other than that, it's pretty decent.

I was required to pay a $200 holding fee along with my application. Ultimately, we did not to sign a lease at this complex. We applied back in May, and it’s now August — yet the holding fee still hasn’t been refunded. The main issue seems to stem from one of the leasing office staff, Bella. Despite giving her the correct information, she submitted it to the wrong address, causing major delays. Instead of taking responsibility, she’s consistently rude and unprofessional. Amanda has not worked here for two years & cindy is about to hit one, left i would say in May.
