This hospital used to be a decent place to go for emergency care. Your Dr Shapiro had no right to treat me the way he did. I've never seen in my life a Dr shove open my room door and slammed it shut so hard it bounced half way back open that was after he leaned towards me and called me a liar. He charged out of the room like a child who was told no . Horrible, horrible experience. Don't go there unless you want hippa laws violated!!!! Check your paperwork, people!! They gave me somebody else's paperwork and tried to give me chemotherapy for cancer I don't even have!! It's a joke down there with clowns and a circus!!!!!

I recently had a major Surgery at this UPMC Hospital. From the first visit I had at the hospital , and affiliated orthopedic practice, I felt cared for. The staff at Dr Edward Mclain’s practice are AMAZING! Each and every person there was pleasant and kind. The treatment and equipment is top notch!! I was even further impressed with the surgical team at this UPMC location. When going into a serious surgery, one can feel nervous. Absolutely awesome surgeons and knowledgeable people at this facility. Spent 2-21-25 at AVH in Natrona Heights for 7 miserable hours to be told nothing was found. On 2-24-25 went to St Margaret for the same reason I left AHN to find out I had a gallstone in my bile duct and few more in my gallbladder. Excellent work done by their staff finding the problem and fixing it and now I'm home recovering and feeling much better. I highly recommend this facility
