Hospitality (employees greeting in hall and trying to help you find your way) was wonderful!!! Except IV persons in both Altoona and St. Margaret branches hit "bone" leaving my wife in additional pain!!! PLEASE RE-TRAIN THESE PEOPLE!!! I'm not a phlebotomist but I know veins run parallel with the bone!!! Needle should be applied parallel with both!!!
We left after 2 hours of waiting for a doctor. Absolutely ridiculous for a hospital…with nobody else waiting to be seen. Don’t arrive before 6 am thinking you will miss the rush. You will get stuck there for hours. I’ve had multiple bad experiences here. We won’t be returning.
Absolutely great experience at the ER.... from registration to discharge. Dr. Pollock & Brittiny were absolutely phenomenal. They exhibited compassion & care. This is why I choose St. Margaret for all my care from my lab work to my specialist I see. Thank you for all you do St. Margo staff!!!
Theres no better hospital they mite be a little crabby but that's because they work hard. There great its boom boom boom done. No BS beating around the bush. Theres young doctors an nurses as well as older docs that been around. I trust this hospital!
