Prescribed my medicine wrong, even though I was as clear as I possibly could be about what I needed, and won't refill it until next month.
This facility is nice and clean EXCEPT for the furniture in the lobby! The arms on the chairs are FILTHY! They should be either cleaned or replaced. STILL FILTHY! This is supposed to be a HEALTHCARE facility. Disgusting!
This medical building needs to talk to its employees about parking. I was there waiting on an appt for an elderly patient and the employees parked right in front of the building in the closest spots to the urgent care/offices etc. these spots should be saved for patients that have difficulty walking. Designate an employee parking area.
