That location is horrible, firstly I couldn't find the address, it's right in a corner in a bad location and then you have a parking garage on a hill that also has no signs or information. Dr. Polizzano is awesome. She is caring, kind, and professional. Her medical opinion is sound and informed. Unfortunately, I was just called by a secretary named Jaliqua. Unsure about the spelling. She immediately spoke harshly and rudely to me. Her voice was filled with hostility. I have never experienced such sternness from any employee at St. Luke's. Everyone is always so kind.
