Have utilized this facility several times and have had a great experience each time and yes I did see a NP an she was right on the money with treatment but the last few times I have wanted to see my primary I also had to see his NP after waiting 2 or 3 days for an appointment . Great to just be able to walk in when you want jump on an illness.
My family and I have had nothing but pleasant experiences utilizing the walk in clinic. Scheduling appointments online is super easy, and we are usually in and out in 20 minutes or less. NP Christina has always been so cheerful and empathetic for our various visits. We've mainly gone for sinus or ear infections, etc, never something more major that needed something like sutures, but thus far we've been very happy with the care received. No wait at all. Made appointment online and walked right in. The staff was extremely nice and made my 8 year old very comfortable during her care.
No doctors at the walk in clinic so not sure how they function to assist in providing you with "exceptional medical care...for minor injuries.. with high quality standards you'd expect from a hospital-owned facility...WHEN YOU CAN'T GET IN TO SEE YOUR PCP." Literally all on their website. Go to TAUC. Ive been stitched and fixed in other urgent care walk ins. They are inept here.
