Really discouraged and disappointed at the lack of urgency from this place. Been trying to resolve a billing issue since May and have not received any form of help. Update: surprise surprise, no further help. Was told repeatedly that office manager Connie will call and nothing. Why can this not be resolved in a timely manner?

Only visited one time. While the dr was nice enough, the staff I have spoke to about a billing/insurance issue refuse to do anything to help fix the issue. I won't go back and stick to hunterdon health network.

Had an appointment with Dr.Reddy and was generally very disappointed. She talked down to me and was very passive aggressive. She slowed down her speech and looked at me like a was dumb, even though her directions were unclear. There is no reason to talk down to someone just because I asked a simple question that she quite frankly never answered.

Dr. Lauren Coppersmith is absolutely fabulous! I cannot say enough good things about her!! She has been extremely helpful with answering my questions on MyChart during a reasonable time frame, getting all my prior authorizations sent out in a timely manner, and getting prescriptions sent to my pharmacy ASAP. My husband initially started going to her, and told me to see her when I wanted to get a physical done. I’m so glad I did; she is now my new primary physician! My mother and I had an appointment scheduled for 10, we received a confirmation text message and all. When we went to our appointment, 20 minutes early, the lady tells us we never had an appointment for ten and “there’s no way that would even be possible”. We were extremely disappointed in the disorganization and attitude of the staff, will never be returning. It seems one of the staff members rescheduled our appointment for 2 without consulting us.
