Dr. Lauren Coppersmith is absolutely fabulous! I cannot say enough good things about her!! She has been extremely helpful with answering my questions on MyChart during a reasonable time frame, getting all my prior authorizations sent out in a timely manner, and getting prescriptions sent to my pharmacy ASAP. My mother and I had an appointment scheduled for 10, we received a confirmation text message and all. When we went to our appointment, 20 minutes early, the lady tells us we never had an appointment for ten and “there’s no way that would even be possible”. We were extremely disappointed in the disorganization and attitude of the staff, will never be returning. It seems one of the staff members rescheduled our appointment for 2 without consulting us.
Dr Sonia is the best doctor! I’m sad I had to move. She is attentive, listens, and gives honest feedback. She has always taken my mental and physical health seriously.
