The longer this practice is associated with St. Lukes the worse it gets. There's nothing better than getting to your appointment 15 minutes early like they ask you to just to be seated and watch people come in with same appointment time, AT the appointment time, and then be seen in front of you while youre sick. Caddy front desk workers, streamlined box-checking health service. I think is the last St. Lukes visit for me.
I have been a patient here for over 20 years and then this past August had issues with refilling my BP medicine and was even called by the office saying I was due for a physical. I made the appointment on the phone right then and they said would be refilled. I got a few MyChart notifications my prescriptions refill was denied and then sent msgs questioning this. Really discouraged and disappointed at the lack of urgency from this place. Been trying to resolve a billing issue since May and have not received any form of help. Update: surprise surprise, no further help. Was told repeatedly that office manager Connie will call and nothing. Why can this not be resolved in a timely manner?
Only visited one time. While the dr was nice enough, the staff I have spoke to about a billing/insurance issue refuse to do anything to help fix the issue. I won't go back and stick to hunterdon health network.
Had an appointment with Dr.Reddy and was generally very disappointed. She talked down to me and was very passive aggressive. She slowed down her speech and looked at me like a was dumb, even though her directions were unclear. There is no reason to talk down to someone just because I asked a simple question that she quite frankly never answered.
