I took a Uber for my appointment. To get there and asked to pay for my appointment. Just because they didnt have my insurance on file. Mind you I called a day earlier wanting to know what I need for the appointment. They stated they do not take my insurance now. Worst ever
Dr Hanes is the best ! Very nice people at office and very informative and caring.
I made a mistake with my appointment time. Dr. Freeman is booked for yearly exams until next year. Val and Alexis were very nice and accommodating helping to find when I can get in for a new appointment this year. Dr. Freeman and her staff were able to make it happen. I have been seeing Dr. Freeman for 28 years. I am very thankful for their professionalism and kindness over the years. Thank you!
