I was visiting from out of state, I was very worried about them not taking my insurance and they got me checked in quick, took what the info they could and billed the rest. The whole team was amazing, kind and so so so fast. Best urgent care I’ve been to. This was right at almost closing and they didn’t seem to mind a bit. They were happy even I came in and got the help I needed! Thank you St Luke UC, you’re amazing
Normally I wouldn’t feel the need to do this especially because I choose to live a life where instead of letting hatred and anger control the image I put out into the world; I choose to lead with kindness and grace, however it is alarming in how quickly my personal experience was written of as a momentary lapse of what is normal. Best urgent care visit I’ve had. Very clean facility. Professional and friendly staff. I was checked in, triaged, assessed and treated in a timely manner. Wonderful experience. I’ll always recommend St Luke’s.
Excellent care. I was in and out within one hour. The staff was excellent, caring,understood my needs and provided the medication I needed for the rash I was experiencing. I am a retired nurse of 40 years and would highly recommend St Luke's to everyone.
I came in after having severe 10/10 level back pains that were uncontrolled by ibuprofen and Tylenol and even my muscle relaxer at home and I asked for toradol pills because those actually do help provide pain relief even if not given long term and it was refused saying it’s hard on my kidneys but so is ibuprofen and Im always told to take ibuprofen for every type of pain I’m in and ibuprofen typically doesn’t help me much anymore so I need high doses of it before it actually helps.
