The facility is nice and the staff are friendly. One issue I had was they billed me another $75 on top of my co-pay. According to my insurance company that St Luke had charged me for an emergency visit not an urgent care. My insurance company called St Luke and confirmed it was an urgent care and I should have not paid the extra $75 and soon I'll get a refund.
