The waiting room is full. Have been here 40 minutes despite making an appointment. Not a good situation in a dangerous pandemic. No knowing when I will be seen for a simple rapid strep test.

I've been to this location two times. The staff was always nice to me and they were able to diagnose/treat me quickly. One time they were very busy. I live in the neighborhood so I came home, called back at a later time and they were able to see me right away.
I brought my son in for a simple sinus infection. We were the first people there right at 8:00am. It took them 15 minutes to get us back into a room. Another 15 to see the doctor. The doctor did a simple exam and then said, "I'll be back in 5 minutes with his discharge papers." When she wasn't back in 15 minutes, I walked out in the hallway and the nurse told me to "go back and wait in the room." LONG WAIT and VERY EXPENSIVE! My son had an ear infection on Easter Sunday and so we went to urgent care to receive treatment. We spent over an hour waiting for care, in the exam room, with no way to pass the time. No books, no magazines, no TV. Doctor was nice enough for a simple exam and diagnosis. We got the bill and it was $350! Outrageous! WE will NEVER go back there again. Steer clear if you would like to save yourself some money!
