Doctor pinched my nose really hard and made it gush blood when giving me a flu test.
Nothing urgent about this place. Spent almost 2 hours waiting to get my 5 year olds ear looked at. Maybe you should open another st Luke’s building and under staff it. And when the NOT doctor finally came back she saw my son for 30 seconds and then made us wait again.
Not sure why my review keeps getting removed. I guess the truth hurts. Waited for over four hours when there was only four people in the waiting room. The nurse practitioner was young but pretty knowledgeable but I would’ve been in and out of the emergency room quicker. I was ready to leave around 5 o’clock. After being there for hours and the nurse did not even care. They are not the most compassionate staff except for the phone girl. Having bad reviews taken down is terrible policy. Do better.
