Rebecca G. Cole was terrible. Not once in my wife's life has an IV hurt any more than a pinch, but when Rebecca put it in, there's blood squirting everywhere and tons of pain. Not only that, but she puts a blood pressure cuff on the same arm that the IV is inserted inside of, squeezing the same arm she's pumping liquid inside of, cutting off blood flow? Huh? She said it had to be put on the same arm, but we asked twice for it to be switched, and all the sudden another nurse switches the cuff to the opposite arm with no probl... read more

If I could give 10 stars I would. I arrived at the hospital by 10:20 I was taken back a little after 11:30. I am terrible with blood draws, but both nurses who helped me were amazing. They held my hand while doing the blood draw and made me feel safe. Once I was brought back to a hospital bed, it took maybe 30 mins for the dr to come in and check me out. From there we did IV fluids, medication and a CT scan. Every single person who I interacted with was just amazing. They were professional but very sympathetic as I was very ... read more

I am not sure what is going on, but I called to get a patient update. The call was on hold for 45 minutes. Once they answered, I was put on hold again, and then I was told that they would have someone call me back. Mind you, I am trying to get in contact regarding someone in the ER.
