The staff is not friendly at all. I came in twice with my dad. The first time was for a procedure and the staff failed to let us know the procedure has not been approved by insurance. We got there that morning and waited for hours only to be told it had to be rescheduled bc they were still waiting for the insurance to approve it. The second time I come in with my dad and the lady in the front desk just has an attitude and acts like I’m bothering her.
