They canceled on me 48 hours before my appointment. Made the appointment 4 months prior and specifically did not use my HRA for the year so that would pay for my procedure. Absolutely screwed me over.
I had a sleep study on 9/12. When meeting with Dr to review the results she said it wasn't the correct one and had another done on 12/16/2022. 3 times I've attempted to get St Luke's to fax the results to the Medicare provider to get my replacement CPAP. They never sent the correct information so I've been without a machine since mine broke on 5/8/2022. At this point I give up and have no hope of getting a replacement machine.
