This place is scary. When I arrived at 8 pm there was a car emptying there trunk full of garbage into the dumpster illegally. Tech that I dealt with was on the rude side. The facility was old and worn out. Like the bed you’re supposed to be comfortable sleeping in. The tv wasn’t clear either . Place is dirty! I will never return there!
This facility needs to retrain its staff. We were scheduled for a 7pm appt. Arrived early because we do not live near by...when we got there one of the staff members rudely started complaining saying that she needed to get the office organized and cleaned before she did anything (in my opinion this needs to be done the day before) then at like 7pm we come out of the car and another staff member arrives ALSO huffing and puffing....yelling CAN I HELP YOU??
