It’s sweet and then so sour. Whoever front desk Tina is needs to be fired. She is so incredibly rude and careless. Also I am incredibly disappointed they are continuing to tell mothers to take Tylenol and telling patients “don’t listen to the media”. They must tell mothers to try non-pharmaceutical pain tactics until more studies are conducted. Whatever your political stance is- if a study was recently conducted by a university, that should be enough to tell woman to stop taking it or at least avoid unless absolutely needed.... read more
To see so many negative reviews on this place honestly saddens me. I had such an amazing experience with the staff, the nurses, and even the reception area. They helped me so much during my first pregnancy with all the questions I’ve had and all of the concerns. I met almost every doctor that could possibly deliver my baby and they were all just so nice and you could tell how much they love doing what they do. If you want to be told you are wrong every step of your pregnancy, have them force you to be induced for a reason you don’t agree with but told you are hurting your baby, for them to fail every step of the induction and lead to a c section after 24+ hours and a baby in the NICU because of the said c section this is the place to go.
I had a wonderful experience with the care I received at Riverside in 2020 and 2021. All of the doctors were amazing, took their time to explain everything to me and make me feel very comfortable delivering my first baby. Dr. Gillier, Dr. Lum and Dr. Warholic are an amazing team of women who truly care about their patients. Thank you Dr. Warholic and the whole team at St. Lukes for delivering my little girl and keeping us safe, healthy and informed throughout the whole process!
Can’t give a 0 because it’s not an option , they don’t care about women many other offices will treat you way better then here, they’re communication system is terrible I had a really bad experience here with my delivery and my pregnancy.
