I received a medical bill at my address in Southern California, upon closer examination I realized it was addressed to someone else but my physical address. Thinking it might be a neighbor I Googled the name and someone by that name lived near me, the address was a nail salon and they'd never heard of the person. As a courtesy I called the hospital and explained I've never been to their facility and no one by that name lived here. I recently delivered my second baby at St Luke’s in Boise and each time I literally cannot come up with one single negative thing to say. From beginning to end each experience was literally everything I could have asked for. My first was a NICU baby and when being in that position is can be easy to have a bad experience but every single staff members from Drs to nurses to admin all were so compassionate and empathetic it truly was the best experience it could have been. Doctor and nurses have been great until time for discharge. No one to be found from 10a-12:30 still waiting. I guess on Saturday just take your time. I think you can do better.

Excellent, compassionate, professional care every visit. I am a Trauma/ICU/LifeFlight nurse for 40 years and chose the care for my family and I very carefully. St. Luke's is among the best I have ever encountered. Because of various health conditions we have had to use the ER, oncology, surgery, infusion center, diagnostic imaging, laboratory many times. Every visit has been excellent. I could not ask for better care. Thank you to the dozens of staff we have encountered, that have all be exceptional.
