I've been a patient here for many years now. They used to be helpful an accomodating. I suffer yearly from kidney stones and have for over 20 years. Every single time I ask for the 3 meds to help me get through the unimaginable pain they cause, they're only answer is "you need to go to the ER". No matter how much I explain that an ER trip is usually several hours, plus the high copay, it falls on deaf ears.
