This is a shame. I was not able to be billed for copay . I was harassed by the front desk reception. I was them bully to pay. The reception stated her supervisor those are the rules and I would not receive treatment. I talk Dr Grusso and canceled my appointment after paying the copayment. .
What a shame. Dr. Grusso is a fantastic podiatrist... if you can get an appointment. You used to be able to call the dr offices directly, but St. lukes has switched to a call center model and completely booked appointments. This means you can not get an appointment for weeks or months. I called with an urgent issue I am in constant pian from. I had to go through the call center, and the operator had to send the office an email note to see if the office could fit me in. The office called back, and I missed the call, and yep, ... read more
