All the Staff and Doctors are PHENOMENAL.
As someone else stated here, they put FALSE information in the notes. Absolutely unacceptable. I use to love this office. After a horrible event that happened the staff was disgusting towards us. No compassion.
I originally left a 5 star review but have changed it after I've been ignored for weeks trying to get my child the flu vaccine. Dr V specifically told me to call and ask for a nurse appt. When I did so, I was told a message would be sent to the front office to call me to schedule (which I can see in the portal WAS done). However, it has now been nearly three weeks and nobody has ever bothered to call me.
