The wait time to get into surgery at this hospital is pitiful! We left home at 7am to have my 84 year old father here by 9:45am…. It’s now noon and we are still sitting in the room ready for surgery!!! I would NOT recommend this place AT ALL!!!
Excellent communication to our family. We received multiple phone calls before and after the procedure from the nurses and the operating orthopedic doctor. Very impressed with the treatment they’re giving my mom.
I had a bartholin cyst removed at St.Lukes by Dr.Jennifer McDonnell. It was supposed to be a routine outpatient procedure. After surgery, Dr. McD reported to my friend that "everything went well but her male assistant" told her, "the first set of sutras didn't look right," and she "had to redo them." So, if I am "more sore than expected, that is why." It was mortifying for me to hear that it took her "male assistant" to tell her she needed to do better. I made it into recovery around noon.
