I don’t even understand how this hospital could have bad reviews. It is the best one I’ve ever been to in my life and I not only dealt with ER but was admitted. every single person from Triage to radiology to cardiology is so kind. The doctors are super thorough. St Luke’s is highly recommended. i feel so lucky to be here especially with something hard to treat and diagnose.
This is the worst hospital that I’ve ever been to.The employees here have horrible attitudes and are very rude. I literally sat in the ER waiting area for over 8 hours just for them to tell me that they couldn’t help me in any way with my situation. Not even prescribe me pain meds. This is my very FIRST and LAST time that I will ever come here!
St. Luke’s saved my life! I came into the ER 1.5 weeks postpartum after receiving not the best of care at Mercy (where I delivered). Even with a waiting room full of people the nurses saw how badly sick I looked and treated me right away. Long story short is by the time I got to St. Luke’s I was in septic shock and in critical condition. They treated me with the serious care I should have gotten the second time I went back to the hospital at Mercy. I came to the ER earlier this morning and had a lot of anxiety about coming in. My anxiety was quickly relieved by how kind and amazing the staff was.
The doctors call center could not be worse. Messages do not get sent through. Even when you call back 30-45 minutes before they close, at least my doctor says they are already closed. This has happened multiple times to me. This system could not work any worse. I love my doctor the the support systems are terrible.
