Nothing wrong with any of the doctors thus far. However when calling in regards to a medication I’m new to, and DID NOT KNOW nor was told in advance that there would be a back order on, I was met with passive aggressive responses from a receptionist named Erica (or Erika) who was not happy about the fact I called once to have a pharmacy switched (thinking a bigger company might have it in stock) to call again later to switch it back to a smaller pharmacy that I live closer to that already had the prescription in their system... read more

Horrible customer service my brother Frank is not healthy @ all he has a really hard time getting around or even doing minor tasks like scheduling appts for himself so he had an appt here on 7/17/25 at 2pm & he was running a little late by 3 mins late so i called these people 15 mins before his appt @ 2pm just to say hey my brother is on the way & hes just running a little late he's driving so I'm making the call for him a very simple msg to pass on right? wrong !! I’ve been going to this office for many years. I’ve never had any problems until Saint Lukes took over. Now I can’t even get directly in touch with the office. I’ve called to have my medication’s refilled three times now and am told that my medication is pending approval by the doctor. Still I have no callback and no medication. This is horrible.

PA’s and Nurse Practitioners have no business in psychiatry when they refuse to prescribe anything other than something controlled but are quick to start you on an antipsychotic when you’re not even diagnosed with anything that qualifies you for that.
