Just wanted to update my previous review and say I got into LVHN and feel much better now and highly recommend you switch if your sick of someone with a piece of paper on the wall and 5 years experience has to say. I love the people in office, they're amazing. Since the venture capital group took over St. Lukes, my care has been negatively impacted by extreme cost saving measures. As a patient, you can no longer speak to a human over the phone for any reason. Questions, prescription refills, scheduling - these activities have all dropped in quality since the VC got involved. They would prefer to over work the staff, who don't get to take their lunches because that's the only time alloted for follow ups. The VC significantly cut support... read more

Nothing wrong with any of the doctors thus far. However when calling in regards to a medication I’m new to, and DID NOT KNOW nor was told in advance that there would be a back order on, I was met with passive aggressive responses from a receptionist named Erica (or Erika) who was not happy about the fact I called once to have a pharmacy switched (thinking a bigger company might have it in stock) to call again later to switch it back to a smaller pharmacy that I live closer to that already had the prescription in their system... read more

Horrible customer service my brother Frank is not healthy @ all he has a really hard time getting around or even doing minor tasks like scheduling appts for himself so he had an appt here on 7/17/25 at 2pm & he was running a little late by 3 mins late so i called these people 15 mins before his appt @ 2pm just to say hey my brother is on the way & hes just running a little late he's driving so I'm making the call for him a very simple msg to pass on right? wrong !!
