Waiting was not an issue, But I do agree about being rushed through the appointment. She said maybe 5 sentences through the whole appointments. She did not even look at my husband when she walked in the room and said nothing to him. She was very rude. I am expecting my first child and did not explain ANYTHING to me about the screenings so i missed one of them. As we were leaving she turned to a nurse and was talking about another patient in front of me. I also would give he a Zero if i could.

I love love love this office - both midwife and doctor. I had 2 children delivered through them, one was an emergent c-section of a 2.9 lb baby, and everything was so wonderful. I can't help but laugh at the poor review of the "bedside manner". Being one of the most knowledgable doctor/midwife team I have seen, I hardly care what their manner is during their unbelieveably busy day. As long as they know what they are doing, which they do. I agree with the first review. I as well had a negative experience. I had excessive uterine bleeding for 4 months straight. It took a month before I could see the doctor and then all she did was type in the computer. She stated she felt my problem was due to being overweight and she could not help me with that but would give me pills to stop the bleeding a few days but then it will make the bleeding more extreme once the 10 day supply was taken. Would have given zero stars if I could. Does not have time for patients. You will wait at least one hour and up to three hours at almost every appointment to be seen and then feel rushed through your own appointment. Has no sympathy or empathy to your concerns. Standoffish and cold, both the doctor and midwife; uninformative and unhelpful. I saw them through an entire pregnancy, so this opinion is not from one appointment, but many.
