Treated horrible and escalated into further crisis, then told to leave the facility while visibly in crisis
I want to thank all the counselors and staff at St. Luke's for helping me in my healing journey. They were all extremely helpful and kind in guiding me back to where I needed to be mentally. I did an online program. I'm satisfied with services but not their overall means of communication. For example, I leave a message that I have no power and ask for a return call and get nothing.
I contacted this practice about 7-8 weeks ago about enrolling as a new patient. I was told I'd be contacted within 2-3 weeks. I was never contacted. Very disappointed this is the way St Lukes chooses to handle potential new patients. I understand covid has made things harder but I feel ignored.
