I chose this location because it is advertised as a pediatric lab. Unfortunately, I do not agree that this is truly a pediatric facility. My son is autistic, and I informed the phlebotomist ahead of time. She repeatedly switched the tourniquet from one arm to the other trying to find a vein, and when she finally attempted the draw, she was unable to obtain any blood. This is not a pediatric lab, it's just a regular lab at St Luke's hospital with one room that has animal wallpaper. You won't really get a more kid friendly experience here than you will at any other lab so I wouldn't travel out of the way expecting that
