The medical team was absolutely amazing. I was very pleased with my procedure, before, during and after. However, the front desk check-in lady was waiting and talking to people behind me during my check-in. Such as, a delivery man and two others that wanted to be buzzed in. I’m sure these people could have waited instead of interrupting my check-in. Also, when she called back to let them know I was ready she said “your next victim is ready” very unprofessional. Again, the medical team is outstanding!
This the best place to go for surgery!!! The surgical team is the best!!! They treat you with kindness and caring!! They help you feel comfortable!!! Thank you!!
