Dr Jacob showed no empathy & literally rushed my moms appointment after I complained about being misgendered
Ive been here a few times and i must say they know what there doing. Alot of other comments by others seem to be based off of what they dont know and there own personal issues and are probably complaining due to there pain levels. The 6 week thing is standard. There is a process and if you donr believe it then why are you not the Dr. lol. The standing because there isnt enough chairs thing is well , a little shocking but if you got up there without a wheel chair then what is the real problem. Completely overbooked themselves and barely any seats in waiting room. Had to stand with my children for 25 minutes because there was no place to sit.
I went to see Dr. Burkey for my ankle. He barley checked my ankle the first time. Then went I went back for follow up appointments he never touched my ankle or foot to check for tenderness. I was extremely confused about the purpose of the appointment. This is not my first ankle injury but my first experience like this. I would not recommend going to see Dr. Burkey.
