I had gone there for a shoulder injury. Dr. Hercules recommended me to take certain over the counter vitamins that were high milligrams and I nearly almost had severe medical emergency. Heart palpitations, I couldn’t breath, I was about to faint and this lasted at least a week. Then I call the office no one gets back to me. Physical therapy isn’t helping. I will not be returning and will seek care else where.
My experience with Dr Ramski and his P.A. was a positive one. They were compassionate and competent and I felt like I was in good hands. They answered all of my questions before I left and I understood the plan forward (fractured patella). However....my knee brace is not fitting well and falls down after walking a mere 10 feet even after adjusting it multiple times. There isn't a way to reach the office directly. I called the number listed and it appears to be a call center. They wanted me to schedule an appt with the doctor... read more

Obviously everyone is in cahoots with each other. The ER. Ortho. PT. I went to the ER for extreme back pain. I couldn’t walk or even bend down. I was told they couldn’t help me with my kind of pain and I had to go to Ortho. I left with the same pain I came with. Waited a week for my Ortho appt just to be told they can’t do anything only a XRay. For a MRI I would have to go to Pain and spine do 6 WEEKS of PT (in pain) ……….. 10-14 business days to fill out and send disability paperwork? Is St. Luke’s going to pay my bills then because you’re keeping me from getting paid. Which is wrong. And for that, I’m considering looking elsewhere for care. I really love my doctor but 10-14 business days to fill out 5-10 minutes of paperwork and fax it back is insane.
