Extremely rude and difficult billing department. Cut me off multiple times and spoke over me. they did not provide me with any information or solutions. The doctors are great but not worth the hassle of be spoken down too by the billing department.
I had a virtual visit with Dr Bruscke and he was wonderful! We spoke for an hour, he did a deep dive into my problem and came up with a care plan. It was the most thorough doctor visit I've had in years! I can't speak for anyone else in this practice, but Dr Bruscke is wonderful!
DO NOT GO HERE!!! I was given an IUD for birth control and for THREE YEARS I was in agonizing pain every single day! A practitioner believed I had endometriosis so I was put on medicine with horrible side effects for it. It took them three years to finally have me see a doctor only for her to say that the IUD was why I was in so much pain. And it doesn't end there!
