Dr. Yext is a wonderful provider. She listens to me and doesn’t brush things off. The staff answering the phones are polite. I was nervous to switch from LVHN to St. Luke’s, but I’ve had a positive experience with this office!
Can't even call them w/o waiting an hour ... St.lukes is a disgrace these days
Everyone is super nice and helpful, doc was super cool, got me in and out.
I don’t think I have ever written an online review in my life but this is the worst Doctor’s office I have ever had experience with. Wendy who answers the phone is truly nasty, and has consistently talked over me and is nothing if not perpetually condescending. I am always on hold for 5-10 minutes at least and then get transferred to their messaging system because Wendy “doesn’t handle that”.
