I’ve been going to this office for a while just out of default and never once did it feel welcoming. I have needed multiple forms filled out through the years due to medical clearances for work and all of the sudden there is a “form fee” that you need to pay to release any paperwork. I’ve never once paid this fee before and when I questioned it got told that “some people don’t enforce it” so I had to pay for medical forms that needed to be completed for work on top of a co-pay as well. I Saw Dr. Lovitt today. He's a very relatable person and full of integrity. He speaks plainly, is easy to understand, and entertaining too. If I ever have an issue, he is the first I'll go to in the future. Thank you Dr. Lovitt.

My husbands MRI results have been received for 2-3 weeks already left many messages that no one seems to answer the phone and went into office and complained and finally someone called over a week ago and left a message that he talked so low we couldn’t hear most of what he stated but we did hear him say he will call back to personally talk to us. St Lukes neurology scheduling phone line is terrible. I was on hold to schedule an appointment for 35 mins the first time I called and 43 mins when I called to clarify the location.
