I was welcomed very warmly, and everyone at the hospital was very kind and professional
We were on vacation and our 2.5 yo came down with a scary case of croup. We were seen immediately and with unbelievable tenderness and concern. She was seen by the doctor immediately and often. Nurse Amanda was kind and practical— trying to calm my daughter and not push so her heart rate normalized. Nurse Kathy calmed her down and connected with her — earning her trust and friendship and our gratitude. Dr. Erne was amazing. AVOID THIS PLACE My 7-month-old infant began experiencing worsening grunting, causing significant concern for me and my wife. To save time due to increasing worry, we chose this ER. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After an initial wait of 30 minutes, we were placed in a room and left unattended for over two hours. When a nurse finally arrived, she did not acknowledge me or my wife and proceeded to swab my child without explaining what she was doing. Received excellent care. Very knowledgeable Doctor and US technician! Despite the increased numbers of people being seen in the ER, everyone was pleasant and greeted you with a smile.
$800 bill for 45 minutes spent there, Unnecessary bloodwork drawn and No necessary bloodwork requested to be tested. Never going back.
