Ok for normal checkups but can never get in when I am sick, not that day nor next end up always going to emergency room doesn’t help when I am most in need, guess I need to check other places who have more availability.

New doctors and staff are hired for the clinic. New management for the office since 2023. Easy to get appointment within 1-2 weeks. They also draw labs from 8am to 12pm (walk-in). They are accepting new patients from all age groups. Also offering pap smear, skin biopsy, ear cleaning, vaccines.

My past experiences w St Luke's Miners Hospital were nothing short of excellent. Including Dr's, nurses, & staff. I fell ill w covid a few days ago. I am over 65 yo & considered high risk patient w a terminal genetic lung disease. I came in @ 11pm & I was treated poorly by Dr Ciccarelli and a nurse who wouldn't help me to the bathroom. She did the second time after requesting to do so since I was feeling dizzy. I was given a breathing treatment & Tylenol. I was told I had to leave by 6am. I used to love going here but lately it's been horrible! I was given someone else's after care summary which is a HIPAA violation. I go to get prescriptions refilled and half the time they don't even send them to the pharmacy. During a visit I had I was asked questions I told them things etc. When I read my after summary online there was things in there I never even said and there was things I said that were complete opposite of what I said. I think it's time to find a different Dr.
