I never write reviews but if you go to the emergency room here ABSOLUTELY MAKE SURe that you request any other doctor than Dr. Mark Urban. This doctor will not give you the time of day to listen what is actually going on and what is actually hurting. He brushed me off as some 24 year old looking for drugs while I was in so much pain I was in tears. Can't give this place enough stars. Fast and thorough on the diagnosis, the care was second to none, I loved each nurse and CNA as much as the last, absolutely no gaps in quality here. I can't wait for my next surprise medical emergency that lands me here for 3 days.

I have nothing but good things to say about this hospital. We had to visit last year for my son’s broken arm and received incredible care. We als came in at the middle of the night and every staff member we encountered treated us like a human being and not a number. I love the communication of all St. Luke’s establishments and the professionalism care and compassions we have received each and every time.

I’ve spent MANy hours in hospital and ER for major health issues, but I came in today with abdominal pain and the whole staff was great even a busy day. Yes, I was there for 6 hours but there is always reason (usually more emergent PTs), but they got my tests done as quickly as possible and took good care of me! They gave me pain meds, helped me when I was nauseous and ran extra tests to rule out all possible issues. Dr. Andrew in the ER was also fantastic.
