Doctor Lewis is fabulous however the reception is horrendous. Really need to work on actually answering the calls. Admin team need to juggle calls and in office patient services better. There should be no reason you need to leave a message when receptionists are working, and often times there is no call back. My mother who is a senior with mobility issues on numerous occasions has had to walk to the clinic to even make a doctors appointment because she has called so many times with no luck.

Dr. Maxwell is a very intelligent doctor. He has a gentle voice and is very helpful when explaining medications and interactions with other medications. In only 3 visits he showed his true colours that showed myself how good of a doctor he is. He makes sense when talking about your issues and how to improve your health. He bought the clinic because it was on the verge of closing down. Not a single person in line or waiting, but not accepting new patients. The towns hospital and other clinics are blocked out the door.
