Let's talk about coffee. Hospitals are some of the most profitable businesses out there, but they want you to go down to Starbucks to grab a cup of coffee? Kindly eat a bag of gennies, if you catch my drift. Seriously though, if you're running a business that charges customers ALOT of money, you're losing a star for not having coffee. On May 3rd my husband had laser surgery, and our ride home abandoned us when our appointment ran late. We were in building 2 and I was still trying to arrange a ride when they where closing the building. When one of the Hispanic ladies on the floor helped me charge my cell phone which died while on hold waiting to connect with Logisticare for another ride. She was a Godsend, helping me contact my daughter, and then called security to help get us to the main hospital entrance, where my family could pick us up. I think she mig... read more
