I have been a patient here for many years. Dr Bortz takes her time and is very knowledgeable and thorough
This is an extraordinary practice that goes above and beyond to partner with patients on prevention, care management and community health. The clinical team's work together and their passion for patient support and active listening is by far the best I have ever received. Ashlee Ludwig, PA-C and Tamatha Urffer, CRNP are incredible for women's medicine and treatment. Highly recommend and encourage patients feeling unheard or lost in a broken system to come here!
This medical practice is really great and I have had nothing but positive experiences. Had to get in quickly recently. Receptionist and nurse talked to me 20 minutes and found me an appointment. Not with my regular doctor, Dr Liaw (who is awesome) but with Dr. Abdelaal who was great at listening to me and taking care of me. This is a very busy place but they will fit you in if necessary. I have been with them since they were "invented" - probably 1972/1973. So a lot of changes in health care since then.
Wonderful caring staff and doctors.
The facility and doctors are good. My only issue is they no longer want to work weekends which is a major inconvenience for me, and after reading the reviews of other people, it looks like I'm not the only one who is frustrated by this change.
