They were great!! I was in and out in less than 20 minutes
I'd give it a 3.5 if I could. The technician was really terrific. Parking was not an issue either. The signage might be a tad better, since the entrance seems to be the ER area. My only disappointment was that there was no one downstairs on Floor 1 reception. The lights were off and I had the impression I was in the wrong place. There's a sign that warns if you're more than 15 minutes late, you may lose your appointment. Shouldn't the hospital live by the same standard?
