Terrible experience, and I’ve had plenty of time while sitting here to think about this 1-star review. I arrived after fasting for 12 hours, and I have been waiting for exactly 1 hour and 23 minutes. The only reason I haven't walked out is because I'm already fasted and need to get these blood tests done today. I don't understand why they even offer Saturday lab hours. Absolutely terrible experience. I’ve been standing here for over 75 minutes while fasting since dinner yesterday and unable to use the restroom because I'm waiting to provide a urine sample. St. Luke’s brought this overcrowding on themselves by "temporarily closing" multiple local outpatient labs, funneling everyone into this single location without adding extra staffing or flow mitigation. Ruined my Saturday morning for a procedure that should take 20 minutes max. St Luke's REALLY messed up today and let all of us down.
