I had a horrible experience with the checkin representative, I believe her name is Mar “blue hair lady”. Extremely Rude, walked out her seat and gave an attitude stated she was going to call her manager” which she should have so she could have received retraining on health care etiquette and retraining on collecting payments. This is the best St. Lukes internal medical location I've been to. The staff is extremely friendly a empathetic to their patients. As a new patient to this clinic I can't be more satisfied with the high level of care and the eagerness to make sure they have the correct diagnosis and not just simple common diagnosis that seems to be a robotic response I've gotten from other clinics.
