Receptionist fantastic. Frustrated that MRI machine wouldn't turn on at my scheduled appointment and a new appointment wasn't available yo be scheduled out for over a week. Original scheduling was over a month delayed from my referral, finally got in for first date by calling them.
Everytime I come here for imaging the staff are friendly from the start. The wait time is minimal. Results are fast. When I came in way too early before the regular techician was on duty, another technician was more than happy to take my xrays. They accommodated me on Christmas Eve which helped me out immensely.
Breach of data protection by sending my medical bills /medical notes of procedure to another member of my husbands family instead of myself!! Unbelievable.
Despite numerous bad reviews I had a very good experience here. There is no concern with other people in the waiting room hearing my personal check in as there is a large shield between the waiting room and check in desk. The procedure was on time and the staff friendly and helpful. I had an MRI and asked for some adjustments to my arm position to get more comfortable for the test duration and the staff helped out just fine.
