Brought my husband in for an MRI, I was filling out his health questionnaire and the person who came out to take him back claimed that I was NOT allowed to do that, I didn’t sign for him and I do have access to all of his medical records… She was extremely rude to me and to my husband!! Very poor patient care.
I have called twice to get a axillary ultrasound (ordered by my doctor) a week and one day ago and still don't have an appointment secured!!! All I get is we'll give you a call in two to three days once we review the order. Have heard this twice yet don't get a call back! What is going on in their scheduling department???? St. Luke's you can do better!!!
Everytime I come here for imaging the staff are friendly from the start. The wait time is minimal. Results are fast. When I came in way too early before the regular techician was on duty, another technician was more than happy to take my xrays. They accommodated me on Christmas Eve which helped me out immensely.
Receptionist fantastic. Frustrated that MRI machine wouldn't turn on at my scheduled appointment and a new appointment wasn't available yo be scheduled out for over a week. Original scheduling was over a month delayed from my referral, finally got in for first date by calling them.
