Scheduling had to call and reschedule my appointment 3 times due to their own mistakes. I had to wait an extra week for my CT scan. The scheduler also told me they would accommodate me with a wheelchair and then I was never given one. Staff inside was fine.
I had a cat scan at st Luke’s, boise radiology , meridian today, April 16, 2026. Troy , the technician, who helped me was outstanding. He was very comforting, informative, and careful with a 77 year old man with thin skin(physically, not emotionally). He made an anxious experience almost enjoyable. Dean Johnson
Brought my husband in for an MRI, I was filling out his health questionnaire and the person who came out to take him back claimed that I was NOT allowed to do that, I didn’t sign for him and I do have access to all of his medical records… She was extremely rude to me and to my husband!! Very poor patient care.
