Despite numerous bad reviews I had a very good experience here. There is no concern with other people in the waiting room hearing my personal check in as there is a large shield between the waiting room and check in desk. The procedure was on time and the staff friendly and helpful. I had an MRI and asked for some adjustments to my arm position to get more comfortable for the test duration and the staff helped out just fine. Absolutely poor! $354 dollars for Dr Caleb Sturge jr to misread an image. It took him 120 seconds to make the determination! I saw the time stamps. It takes longer to get a happy meal at McDonald’s than that! A specialist in ear nose and throat said obviously he was in a hurry. I disputed the charge with St. Luke’s and they denied my claim. All around terrible experience! Scheduling is horrible. My appointment was made a year in advance and then last minute changed to a facility in another city. To rebook is MONTHS out. Front desk check in person should be trained in customer service, she clearly doesn’t enjoy her job.
